Food is my passion. I love to see the joy on people’s faces when they experience something I created.

my story is not your typical story. I am a self taught Chef from New York City

A Chef is defined as a person who cooks professionally but for me it's a person who cooks from the heart. I never went to culinary school, the knowledge and experience I acquired over years is from trial and error. I enjoy learning new things about food.
